AKHAND FOUNDATION is amongst the fastest growing organization in the field of Skill Development & Business Process outsourcing. Our objective is to influence the lives of underprivileged youth by providing them skill, employment and livelihood. In the last 5 years since our inception, we have skill trained over 18000 youth in both formal and informal sectors. We are India’s one of the fastest growing Vocational and Skill Training Provider. Along with implementing large scale government projects like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSQF etc., we also help corporates execute their CSR initiatives.
We work with vulnerable youth, women, juvenile delinquents, specially-abled, school/college drop-outs in both rural and urban India. We believe scale with sustainability is important to make any visible impact on the lives of over a million uneducated/unemployed youth who enter the workforce each year.
We currently operate in all regions of the country. We have 38 state of arts Centre operational across 8 states, DDU-GKY projects in 5 states and PMKY projects in 11 states.
We are passionate about improving all aspects of the vocational skill delivery ecosystem. The most critical being quality of trainers along with mentoring and counseling provided to the youth at every stage of the training delivery cycle. One of our initiatives, the TOT program, was launched long before the Trainer Certification by SSCs became mandatory for projects like PMKVY.
We implement skill training programs across a wide variety of sectors and job roles that are as per SSC mandated QP-NOS norms. Our in-house team has the capability and expertise to understand the learning needs of every target segment and design courses accordingly. We have been developing course content and trainer manuals in-house from inception.
